Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a ticket to or attending the K1 AI Builder Bootcamp ("the Event"), operated by K1 Investors and UpfrontOps ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("you" or "Participant") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not purchase a ticket or attend the Event.

2. Event Description

The K1 AI Builder Bootcamp is a 5-day live event (June 1–5, 2026) where participants build business tools using AI under instructor guidance. The event is available in-person and virtually. Enrollment is limited to 50 participants.

3. Tickets and Payment

All ticket purchases are one-time payments processed through Stripe. Pricing is as listed on the website at the time of purchase. Early bird pricing is available until the posted deadline. Prices are in USD.

4. Refund Policy

If you attend Day 1 of the Event and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund by notifying us before the end of Day 1 (June 1, 2026, 11:59 PM ET). Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. No refunds will be issued after Day 1.

If you cannot attend the Event, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us at least 7 days before the Event start date.

5. Intellectual Property

Tools and code you build during the bootcamp are yours. You retain full ownership of all work product you create during the Event. Templates, instructional materials, and course content provided by us remain our intellectual property and are licensed for your personal or business use only — not for resale or redistribution as educational content.

6. Code of Conduct

Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior, without refund.

7. Recording and Content

Event sessions will be recorded for replay access. By attending, you consent to being recorded. Replays are provided per your tier: Builder (60-day access), Accelerator and Inner Circle (extended access). Replays may not be downloaded, shared, or redistributed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Event and all tools built during it are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the functionality, reliability, or fitness of any tools built during the bootcamp. Results vary based on individual effort and use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Event shall not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered participants. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
